What is "GOLD FILL"? 

It is an actual 18kt gold layer pressure bonded to brass then formed into bead therefore it is not plated. Gold fill is much more valuable and tarnish resistant. It does not flake, rub off, or turn colors. Gold fill is sweat and tarnish proof. Items with gold fill can last with everyday wear 10-30 years. The layer of gold is 10 times thicker than that produced by gold plate. 

How long will it take for my design to ship?

Each item is handmade and ready to ship within 2-6 business days. During high volume times, additional processing times may be required due to each design being curated by us.

I don't know what size bracelet to order! What do I do?

Wrap a string or measuring tape around your wrist. Make sure that you wrap the string/measuring tape around your wrist bone area so that it makes contact with your skin all the way around. Measure tightly and order 1/4" larger. Most wrist size range from 6.50"-7".

Tips on long lasting wear?

For best wear please roll on and off wrist do not pull(stretch) off.The Luxe beads have a plastic coloring on the letter beads are subject to fading. Expose to liquids at own discretion. Please avoid exposing to perfumes and other harsh chemicals; it may cause a reaction in the metals. Please avoid contact with acid and alkali, corrosive substances. Please avoid collision, so as to avoid surface scratches. We do not recommend wearing when sweating a lot, shower or sleep etc. Please wipe with a soft cloth when cleaning jewelry.

I ordered wrong size what do I do?

All of our items are handmade especially for you at the time of purchase, we cannot offer exchanges or reunds. If you ordered wrong size you can keep it and gift it to someone else and order correct size. We will restring bracelet to correct size but YOU are responsible for all shipping cost to and from BDDESIGNSANDCO. The shipping must contain a tracking number. Also must purchase our "Service Designs" option listed under Custom Collection.

How do I care for plated jewelry?

All Luxe beads and Gold Hematite are plated meaning not filled. This means a layer of Gold, Rose Gold, etc is added to the final process almost like a heavy paint covered. The process is called Electroplating. All plated items will wear over time and to keep at best it is imperative to refrain from scratching, scrapping, and excess rubbing or beads. Do not use abrasive harsh chemicals, soaps, scrubs, sprays, sanitizers, lotions, perfumes on or near beads for a long lasting effect. Do not wear while exercising, washing hands, showering, excessive sweat, swimming. These environmental issues will cause beads to tarnish at a rapid rate. To clean wipe with a cloth.
